HUDSON - On Friday, March 16, the Columbia County Department of Health confirmed two positive rabid animals in the county. Residents should be mindful when letting pets outside and to ensure that their pets are currently vaccinated for rabies. As nice weather begins it is also important to advise childdren not to approach or touch stray or wild animals.
